Who we are
gritflair.com is run by GritFlair LLC, a Texas limited liability company. GritFlair is our brand. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information on this site
We work to keep this website accurate, but it is general information, not an offer or a contract. Product screens show sample data, not real clients or results.
No advice
GritFlair builds technology. We do not provide investment, tax, legal or financial advice. Nothing on this website or in a teardown is advice of that kind.
Prices and quotes
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes.
- The final scope, price and timing for any project are set in a written quote or agreement that you accept before work starts. That document, not this website, governs the work.
- Unless the quote says otherwise, payment is 50% to start and 50% before go-live.
- In India we work only with businesses that hold a GSTIN (business-to-business). India prices are billed in US dollars and confirmed in the quote.
- We may change prices on this site at any time. A change does not affect a quote you have already accepted.
The free 10-minute teardown
The teardown is a short screen-recorded review of your website, Google listing, ads or sales process, with three suggested fixes. It is free, and you do not have to buy anything. One per business. We may decline a request, for example if we cannot access the page or it falls outside what we do. Suggestions are our opinion, not a guarantee of results.
Founding-client offer
Our first five paying clients get 20% off one fixed-price project. In return we ask for honest feedback and permission to show the finished work in our portfolio. A review is never required, we never pay for one, and a review never has to be positive. The offer ends once five places are taken, cannot be swapped for cash, and applies to the quote it is written into.
What you send us
When you send us a message or link, you confirm that you are allowed to share it. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through the forms. How we use what you send is explained in our privacy policy.
Using the site fairly
Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it at scale, send spam through the forms, or pretend to be someone else.
Our content and brand
The text, design, graphics and code on this site belong to GritFlair LLC or are used with permission. You may share links to it and quote small parts with credit. Please do not copy the site or use the GritFlair name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you. Third-party photographs and fonts are credited in the footer and the legal notice.
Links to other sites
Links to other websites (for example WhatsApp or LinkedIn) are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
No warranty and limits of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Project work has its own terms in the written agreement.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute about this website will be handled by the courts in Texas, unless the law where you are gives you a right to bring it elsewhere.
